Working as an interior designer for over 20 years Susan’s elevated style and eye for trends has influenced and inspired how Australians decorate their homes. Susan mixes high-end with affordable pieces, layers vintage with contemporary and balanced textures with a neutral palette. Her projects span urban, rural and beachside locations and have appeared in prestigious titles including Belle, VOGUE Living, Real Living, Australian House & Garden and Home Beautiful.

 

In 2007 Susan opened her cult home interiors store Cotton Love Home in the Sydney suburb of Woollahra which quickly gained a strong Australian and international fan base. Shoppers came for the eclectic selection of vintage pieces, tableware, works of nature including coral, shells and wooden artifacts, and the signature fringed towels. 

 

After 20 years working as a professional interior designer and home interiors retailer Susan saw a gap in the market for a design service that enables people to achieve an instant home or office update without going through the time and cost of a full interior design process. Susan created her bespoke Personal Interiors Shopping service to help people find the signature piece or pieces that will transform their home and save money by accessing her ‘little black book’ and trade discounts.
