The pre-shopping consultation
It all starts with a one hour in person or video consultation. Susan will meet with you to view your space and discuss your personal style, budget and needs. This information will be used to guide the shopping process.

Shopping trip
Your shopping trip with Susan will take approximately four hours. Susan will select the mix of retailers, wholesalers and industry specialists that match your brief and budget.

Get Susan’s trade discounts
Purchases made on the day are eligible for Susan’s trade discounts of between 10% and 50% which can translate into significant savings on your decorating project.

Follow-up
We’re aiming for perfection here! Once your new home interiors purchases have been delivered and implemented into your home or office, Susan will schedule a 30 minute follow-up video consultation to assist with styling advice, questions and general tweaking.
